We stand behind our products with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your Mitolyn purchase, we'll make it right.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all Mitolyn purchases. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, simply return the unused portion for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).

Extended 180-Day Guarantee: Customers who purchase our 3-month or 6-month bundles qualify for an extended 180-day money-back guarantee.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at returns@mitolyn.com or call 1-800-MITOLYN to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Package the unused product securely (original packaging preferred)
  3. Include your RA number clearly on the outside of the package
  4. Ship to: Mitolyn Returns, 456 Refund Center, Orlando, FL 32801

Important: Returns without an RA number may experience processing delays. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  2. Do not open the product
  3. We'll provide a prepaid return label and send the correct item

We accept returns of up to 2 opened bottles (with at least 50% remaining) and unlimited unopened bottles within the guarantee period.

Can I exchange instead of return?

Yes! Contact our support team to arrange an exchange for a different product. You'll only pay the price difference if applicable.

What if I bought from a retailer?

Purchases made through Amazon, Walmart, or other retailers must be returned through their respective return processes.
